Vehicle Return Policy:
All vehicles, regardless of condition, sold by Eleven Motorsports - including motorcycles, Mini Moto bikes (Ohvale), and karts - are sold as-is and considered final sale. By purchasing a vehicle from our online store, the buyer agrees to the following terms:
1. Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any vehicles once a purchase has been completed.
2. Condition and Inspection
Each vehicle is described to the best of our ability and includes detailed specifications and photos. Please review the policies below based on vehicle type:
NEW VEHICLES:
All listings are sold in unused condition unless otherwise specified in the description.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, please contact us to verify any performance or compatibility questions before purchase.
Local customers are welcome to inspect vehicles in person by appointment. Please contact us to schedule your appointment so we can prepare the vehicle before your arrival.
PRE-OWNED VEHICLES:
Vehicles may have signs of use, wear, or cosmetic imperfections. Although these do not affect functionality (unless stated in the description), buyers are encouraged to review all product descriptions and images before purchase.
If you have questions or would like additional information about a vehicle before purchasing, please contact us directly.

3. Warranty or Guarantee
All vehicles are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees, regardless of condition. Buyers are responsible for understanding the vehicle’s condition and performance before purchasing.
4. Local Pickup & Shipping Terms
Local pickup is preferred for all vehicles. Vehicles are guaranteed to be ready for pickup within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Buyer Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they understand:
The item is sold as-is and is used (if applicable).
No returns or refunds will be accepted.
They have had the opportunity to ask questions or request further details before purchasing.
They have had the opportunity to review vehicles in person before purchasing.
Chassis Return Policy:
All chassis, regardless of condition, sold by Eleven Motorsports are sold as-is and considered final sale. By purchasing a chassis from our online store, the buyer agrees to the following terms:
1. Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any chassis once a purchase has been completed.
2. Condition and Inspection
Each chassis is described to the best of our ability and includes detailed specifications and photos. This includes any chassis that is sold new or pre-owned. Local customers are welcome to inspect chassis in person by appointment. Please contact us to schedule your appointment so we can prepare the chassis before your arrival.

All chassis are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees, regardless of condition. Buyers are responsible for understanding the chassis’s condition and appearance before purchasing.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
All deposits placed on in-stock inventory at Eleven Motorsports are subject to the following terms. By placing a deposit through our online store, in person, or other external resources, the buyer agrees to the policy outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable and Final
All deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions. Once submitted and approved, a deposit holds the selected item and prevents it from being sold to other potential buyers. No refunds, returns, or credit will be issued for canceled orders.
2. Eligibility for Deposits
Deposits are only accepted for in-stock inventory on a case-by-case basis. Inventory that needs to be special ordered or is not currently on-site is not eligible for deposits.
3. Reservation Timeframe
A deposit will hold an item for 60 calendar days from the date it is received. If the item is not paid in full and picked up within that timeframe, Eleven Motorsports reserves the right to void the deposit and re-list the item for sale.
