Shipping Policy for All Items:
All items on elevenms.myshopify.com are listed as local pickup preferred items - shipping will be unavailable at checkout. Shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and requires contacting us before purchasing.
Approved shipping process:
The following outlines the rules of an approved shipping item:
Shipping Costs: All domestic and international shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes any fees directly or indirectly related to shipping.
Shipping Carrier: All carrier-related responsibilities fall to the buyer, including finding a carrier to ship the vehicle. The Eleven Motorsports team must be notified of the carrier’s arrival no later than 24 hours in advance. If approved by Eleven Motorsports, our team may assist by moving the vehicle to a more accessible area to facilitate loading. However, the Eleven Motorsports team is not required to assist with loading at any point. Once the carrier departs from the Eleven Motorsports property, both the carrier and buyer assume full responsibility for the vehicle’s delivery time, condition, and location.
Vehicle Payout: The vehicle must be paid in full before it can be released for transport. No exceptions will be made.
Eleven Motorsports holds the right to decline shipping of any vehicle sold by them, regardless if the buyer assumes full responsibility for all shipping costs and carrier duties.
If shipping is not approved before purchase, the vehicle will be considered sold as a local pickup item at our location in Cresson, TX. Buyers who fail to read and understand this and request a refund may be subject to a 5% fee deducted from the total amount.
